Excellent Stay in a Charming Hotel

The staff offered friendly welcomes. They gave helpful advice (which I really appreciated). Breakfast was enjoyable, with diverse options. The hotel is close to Triana and a pleasant walk to the cathedral area. I also found shopping and restaurants nearby.
I found that exiting the hotel required surrendering the key each time. It was a bit inconvenient, but I managed.

Every staff member I encountered was friendly. They were cute and provided lots of helpful hints. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The location is convenient and safe. Several shops and restaurants are very close to the hotel. Triana is also just a short walk across the bridge.

I found the staff very kind and attentive. they provided little extras like coffee and tea. bicycles were available for exploring the city. happy hour in the afternoon featured cheese and rebujito. It was a nice touch.
the receptionist on my arrival was not professional or polite. i felt the room was small. also, rules were in place such as leaving the room key at reception when i was not in the hotel.

i found the team accommodating. they helped me with directions. the breakfast was lovely and had a good selection. the roof terrace offered some peace.
my room unfortunately lacked a window. it also faced some noise from the road. the air conditioning was quite loud and made sleeping difficult.
